By public transportation
The Congress Center Basel can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes from the three train stations SBB (Switzerland), SNCF (France) und DB (Badischer Bahnhof, German train station). From the German train station it is within 10 minutes walking distance or with tram # 6 or 2 you can reach the Congress Center in about 3 minutes. From the Swiss train station you can take tram # 2 or 1 and you reach the Congress Center in around 12 minutes.
Use public transportation for free!
Throughout your entire stay (maximum of 30 days), the BaselCard entitles you to ride on all public transport in Basel – including your initial journey to your hotel. It allows you to use second-class public transport in the city of Basel and the surrounding area (TNW zones 10, 11, 13/EuroAirport, 14 and 15 = area of validity same as the Basel day ticket).
The booking confirmation of your hotel or Airbnb in Basel serves as a free ticket for the transfer from the airport or train station to your hotel.
By car
Basel serves as the juncture where the Swiss, French, and German motorway networks converge. Messe Basel and its exhibition grounds have a dedicated motorway exit. Taking the "Messe" exit from the A2 motorway provides direct access to the fair and congress grounds. Additionally, there is a multi-storey car park at Exhibition Square, offering parking space for 1200 vehicles.

By plane
Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg Airport is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Congress Center Basel. Additionally, there is a convenient public transport connection from EuroAirport to the exhibition center in downtown Basel via Bus Nr. 50, which passes through the central Swiss railway station (Bahnhof SBB). From Bahnhof SBB, tram line no. 2 provides direct service to Basel Exhibition Square. Travel between Basel SBB station and Zurich is frequent, with trains taking approx. an hour, and direct services are available to and from Zurich Airport.
